Exclusive-Luxury-Chalet-Villa sleeps 30 for €300/night = €10 each when 30 share.

Prices are per night for the whole home. The price per person is the nightly price divided by the number of guests the home sleeps.

Great’s house is stunning. The view is amazing and the location is perfect, supermarkets, ski resorts and so on. A service of bakery delivery is also available ! The house in general is really well equipped, you can find everything you need in the kitchen. Owner is alway available and fast replying to our questions . I highly recommend !

How does splitting the cost work?

The price is for the whole home. One person makes the booking and pays; you split the cost between your group however you like. The more guests the home sleeps, the lower the price per person.

Is there a deposit?

Yes, each home has a refundable security deposit, shown on the home's page. It is returned after your stay if nothing is damaged.

Is the tourist tax included?

No. The tourist tax is set by the city and charged per person per night, as the local rules say.

What happens when we arrive?

Before your arrival we send you the address, the check-in details and a phone number to call if you need anything.

How do I pay?

Nothing to pay when you reserve. You sign the rental agreement first, then pay by bank transfer to our company account.

Can I cancel?

Full refund if you cancel 4 weeks or more before arrival. 70% refund 3 weeks before arrival. 50% refund 2 weeks before arrival. No refund less than 2 weeks before arrival.
