Lovely apartment in a great location. Very close to the metro for getting to the airport and city, however, we found it was very easy to walk to most of the big tourist attractions. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful time exploring Amsterdam from the apartment's central location. The view of a canal from the living room is amazing. The apartment was clean and well-maintained. Our host, Wyste was so helpful and had great recommendations for places to eat and things to do. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Amsterdam.

Can't say enough about this place and this host. Stayed in many apartments all over the world and this one was easily one of the best. The house is beautiful and in a perfect location for attractions and getting around the city. The view of the canals front the room is unbeatable and the host Lynda was so pleasant and communication with she was always a breeze. I highly recommend this place if you're considering staying in Amsterdam!

The house boat was a different experience. Well stocked with toiletry items and owners were great! The house boat did require minor repairs otherwise we enjoyed our stay. We will return to Amsterdam as 1 week was not enough time to see everything!

We had a good time staying at Joost's place. It was clean, modern and a great space to hang out with friends. Joost was so generous with the food and wine that he set us up with, we barely bought anything to supplement our 4 night stay. The apt location is convenient and you can walk / tram around easily. The bedrooms are small and we had to leave our suitcases out in the living room as a result, but the beds were comfortable and clean. The bathrooms were also very dimly lit and that caused some interesting challenges with 6 girls trying to put on their makeup! But otherwise it was a great stay - when we encountered some difficulties with the thermostat, door lock, finding the external trash receptacle etc, Joost was always quick to respond and help us resolve our issue. A big thanks to Joost for a wonderful stay in Amsterdam!

The price is for the whole home. One person makes the booking and pays; you split the cost between your group however you like. The more guests the home sleeps, the lower the price per person.

Is there a deposit?

Yes, each home has a refundable security deposit, shown on the home's page. It is returned after your stay if nothing is damaged.

Is the tourist tax included?

No. The tourist tax is set by the city and charged per person per night, as the local rules say.

What happens when we arrive?

Before your arrival we send you the address, the check-in details and a phone number to call if you need anything.

How do I pay?

Nothing to pay when you reserve. You sign the rental agreement first, then pay by bank transfer to our company account.

Can I cancel?

Full refund if you cancel 4 weeks or more before arrival. 70% refund 3 weeks before arrival. 50% refund 2 weeks before arrival. No refund less than 2 weeks before arrival.
