Comfortable 2 bedrooms flat

Brand new apartment with minimalist, contemporary decor available just minutes away from the Sagrada Familia, one of the most emblematic monuments of Barcelona. From the entrance a hallway with shiny tiled floors leads past a spacious and fully equipped kitchen to a sunny common area, divided into a lounge space with cozy couch and TV, and a dining space with a stylish translucent table and chairs. We love the pretty potted plants and paintings adding a touch of color to the otherwise white and clear palette. Through a sliding door you can access the master bedroom with its dapper white and gray design, ample closet and ensuite bathroom. The other bedroom with its cozy bed and elegant silver and white striped wallpaper also has its own bathroom to ensure privacy and comfort.

This sought-after home is minutes from the famous basilica and its namesake metro station, the tree-lined Passeig de Sant Joan and the Gracia neighborhood, known for its gorgeous plazas and fantastic restaurants.
