Description
Luxurious penthouse duplex available just steps from Plaza de España. The immaculately designed interior features a combination of elegant parquet floors, bright white and exposed brick walls, and arched passageways to create a truly dreamy environment. We love the living area, decorated with a framed collection of metallic necklaces on the walls and furnished with a stylish white corner couch and delicate white vitrine.
The bedrooms are each designed with high quality finishes and a sophisticated color scheme of silver and beige. The spectacular master bedroom comes with a large double bed elevated onto a wooden platform with an exposed brick wall on one side contrasting beautifully with bright white walls and furniture on the other. This bedroom also comes with its own spa-like bathroom refurbished with polished tiles. Along with 3 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, you will also have access to a 60 m2 rooftop terrace with views of the neighborhood and the Las Arenas shopping center. What a fantastic place to enjoy breakfast under the sun with friends!
The apartment is located a quick walk from many famous sites, including the Magic Fountain of Montjuïc, Joan Miró park and the Fira de Barcelona. This area is full of great restaurants, bars and shops. For a delicious dinner we recommend Malamén-Bendita Bodega, specializing in gourmet version of Catalan classics. The nearby Espanya metro station (L3) will also provide you with direct access to Passeig de Gracia shopping street, the beautiful Port Vell and Plaza Catalunya.

What our customers say
02 Jun 2018Myself and 8 friends stayed here for two nigths on 15-17 May for my hen do. The apartment is really lovely, very clean and spacious and in a good location, near the bull ring and metro. The bedrooms are of good sizes and there were enough toilets and showers for all of us to get ready for our night out. The roof terrace is a great space to have breakfast and chill out
02 Jun 2018Overall the property is very good, and a couple of little issues we had were quickly resolved.

02 Jun 2018Apartment very comfortable, clean and ideal location for transport, restaurants, shops, literally at your door step. I hope we left apartment clean and in order.
02 Jun 2018Bel appartement conforme aux photos
02 Jun 2018We rented this apartment with a group of ten people. It\'s beautifully decorated and has a big roof terrace with an amazing view over the neighborhood as well as some sights. It\'s the perfect place for a breakfast in the sun! Even with a big group, we did not feel cramped, since the roof terrace gives a bit of extra space so you don\'t step on each other\'s toes.
