17 Mar 2016Our family of 5 with three teenagers had the most fantastic week at Malen. The property, the pool and the grounds are immaculately kept and we could not have asked for more. The pool is perfect for play and swimming as it is one of the largest private pools on the island. The owners were also on site and it was an added bonus to meet them and spend some time with them. The local snorkelling beach is a 5 min walk away and we also visited the water park which was a 10 min drive. We would highly recommend this property to anyone. The wifi was an added bonus with tech happy teenagers. Thank you x

17 Mar 2016Our family had a fantastic break from it all holiday here, memories have definitely been made here!
The villa, is quite literally a 10-15 minute drive from the airport, is really easy to find (even when driving on the wrong side for the first time) and you can park inside the gates. The outside area is really large, plenty of space for our children (age 6 and 3) to play ball and run around. Sun beds for everyone, sun or shade available all day. The outside kitchen, is a lovely bonus, where you can bbq a paella or prepare a great sharing plates Spanish supper, whilst watching over the kids.
The swimming pool is super, and clean too, as adults we could properly swim lengths and the kids could play all they liked without anyone to mind out for. It's deep, only one end for a metre or 2 could my oldest stand. But this meant lots of diving and jumping! Both my littlies loved it, one just swam with arm bands or floated around in a ring, my oldest swam loads and just used a swim woggle or lilo as a 'rest'. Loads of pool toys and it was cleaned at least twice a week. Gentle chlorine so even my kids were happy without goggles. Paving around pool comfortable on bare feet.
Villa, great space, comfy seating and a really well equipped kitchen - wok, pizza pan, panini press. Only missing a cafetière. Beds were comfy and glad of the air con. Kids room, had loads of space for them both and wardrobes had loads of hangers. Shower, was lovely good hot water and water pressure.
Everything was clean throughout the villa.
