The house was designed and built by one of the top architects and interior designers on the island and was chosen for a special double page spread for the Christmas Editon of Diaro de Mallorca, the main newspaper for the island.

10 May 2017My family and I had a great holiday in this wonderful villa that sleeps eight. It was as described close to all amenities and the beach. The villa is not overlooked and has air conditioning. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone. We were greeted on arrival and shown over the villa, It is beautifully presented and spacious. The villa was very clean and very well maintained. There was a welcome pack of fruit biscuits tea and wine, and a map and directions was given to us to easily find our way around. It has WiFi and international tv, but we were only able to find one English channel and the WiFi was very slow. We ordered food from the Thi restaurant in the town which was lovely. We had a good day playing mini golf in the fantasia golf at palma nova near to the villa. Food and wine from the local supermarket is extremely good value, you would need a taxi or car to bring it back to the villa. The whole process of choosing and paying for the villa was easy and deposit payed back promptly
01 Oct 2016Property was clean and tidy. Only issue was that there was no oven, only a microwave grill. We had not noticed this and went food shopping on the first day only to find out that we could not cook some of it. Palma is an absolutly georgous area of Majorca and the villa are perfectly placed near to the sea. The Security staff were especially friendly and helpful. The local number 3 bus takes you into Palma and back and to the beaches for only 1euro 50. Excellent value and and Ideal way to get your bearings
30 Aug 2016Loved the villa. Fabulous pool. Bit of a hike to beach, shops and restaurants, but it kept us fit!
Strange layout in the house. The one bedroom downstairs has the use of THREE toilets, while three bedrooms upstairs share one.
Apart from that though, we loved everything about it. Depending on how many additions there are to the family by 2018, would definitely consider renting the same villa again.
