Description
This is stylish and private villa which is 5 mins away from the wonderful village of Santa Gertrudis.
The villa has a new kitchen and large open living room. Outside dining with shade and a fantastic double BBQ.
The villa has its own private pool and a very relaxing chill out area with modern comfortable double and single sunbeds. The area around the pool also has plenty of shade for when you want time out of the sun. The pool has wide 20cm steps entering the pool from the shallow end so it is fantastic for kids to play in or for anyone who may struggle entering a normal pool with ladders.
We also have a pool fence, which allows you piece of mind if you have children who can’t swim. The fence can also be easily removed if its not required.
The Villa has everything you need for home entertainment. All sports, films and kids tv on demand.
We have 24mg super fast wi-fi. Just because you are staying in the countryside why settle for an inferior internet speed.
There is also a speaker system, which connects to your tablet or iphone.
The area is fenced with an electric gate. We also have full security windows throughout the main house.

05 May 2017Great villa. Only 7 mins from Santa Gertrudis - a lovely village with a good selection of restaurants and shops.
The villa has a lovely view across the valley and beyond.
All the amenities were excellent. The villa rooms were open, spotless and extremely well kept.
Stephen was always very helpful and informative.
The only negative was the journey on the unmade road from the main road to the villa.
We would definitely come back!
25 Mar 2017We have just returned from this beautiful villa, I have to say it looked great in the photos but was even more beautiful in reality.
Set in a secluded location with beautiful views and peaceful vibes I would recommend this villa to anyone wanting a chilled villa.
We didn't realise that it was just a short drive to one of the best villages on the island Santa gertrudis which was very upmarket and had a wealth of gorgeous restaurants and quaint square with cafes and beautiful little shops for well heeled visitors
The owner was English and extremely helpful and welcoming, great communication throughout and gave us great recommendations for dining etc (namely Macao cafe in Santa gertrudis beautiful and popular Italian restaurant )
The grounds and villa itself is extremely spacious and well kept, lots of attention to detail inside and out
This does not feel like a rental villa that just ships large groups of people in out all year round, it's was beautiful
Although the villa is secluded I must stress it is within easy reach (we hired a car) of everywhere we visited ibiza old town, San Antonio and a great beach quite well known for its beauty Cala tarida

We stayed in this Villa for a few weeks and couldn't have been happier with everything.
The locataion is stunning. The property itself is spacious, clean and nicely decorated.
The outdoor space is excellent. Loads of places to lie out and catch the sun or chill in the shade.
The pool is gorgeous and the graduated steps are so useful for people with young children.
The owners are really friendly and helpful.
Fab rental at a fair price, definitely one to bookmark!
13 Sep 2016We had a wonderful week at this incredible villa. The pool area is exceptional. Sun all day into evening but with plenty of shady spots too. Great for spending the day relaxing.
The villa is furnished to a very high standard, spacious, really well equipped and very homely. Fantastic bathrooms, comfy beds and Sky TV!
Just a short drive from lovely Santa Gertrudis with shops and bars and some fantastic restaurants.
Very friendly and helpful owners who made us feel most welcome; see you again hopefully!
