This house is something special, completely new 5 bedroom villa with a privileged position and absolutely unforgettable views and private heatable 8x4 m big pool. It counts on a direct access to the beach, garden terrace furniture, 4 sun beds, fully equipped kitchen. No busy part of the island so relax is definitely guaranteed. Car would be recommended, supermarket, restaurants, petrol station fishing port, everything +/- 4 driving minutes far away. Only 9 km from the airport. This property is located within a Residential Area, therefore it is strictly forbidden any activity that might disturb other guests or neighbours.What this place offers

11 Feb 2017We rented this house for three weeks for a family holiday and it simply exceeded our expectations! First of all, the villa looks so much better in real, it is so spacious and extremely comfortable, especially with younger children and a large family. Sandy, the owner has been so helpful, we were in continuous communication, she was very quick in replying and extremely helpful. The location of the house is perfect, away from all the noise and crowd but still very central. Everything works, there is so much space and we got everything we needed, this house felt like a proper safe home and not just a holiday venue. The outside area is the best feature of the house, with two large dining tables, a bbq, sunloungers, and a magnificent pool. We could not recommend this house and its owner highly enough. Thank you
21 Feb 2016It's close enough to the strip that you can go out if you wanted to, but it was out the way so it was the perfect setting just to chill with your friends & plenty of beers!

12 Jan 2016The security deposit we paid was returned with no problems and we all said we would love to return one day.
The villa was beautiful and ideal for youngsters, the pool was great and the barbeque area was really nice. Most of the rooms were very spacious. It was lovely to find the owner had provided neccessities (like alcohol and water) .
