Description
Swimming pool, pool terrace and sunbathing area
The private pool is positioned in front of the villa with the garden to the side. There is a Bali bed shaded by the first floor terrace where you can get respite from the sun. This is a great place to relax and take in the surroundings whilst having a cold drink. What's not to love?
Entrance
Access to this property is via the resort complex. A few steps from the communal pathway is the entrance to the villa opening into the upper level Although car hire is not essential, there is ample space to park your car on the road, should you choose to hire one.
Living space and kitchen
The lounge has comfortable sofas, TV and a coffee table and it is open plan with the dining area. From here patio doors lead out to the first floor terrace overlooking the gardens and private pool. There is also an exterior dining table and chairs here for alfresco dining - a great place to have a meal. The compact and fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar separating it from the lounge/dining area.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
The twin bedroom is on the first floor and has a shared shower room adjacent. Stairs from the living area lead down to the lower floor where there is a beautifully furnished double bedroom with an en suite shower room and patio doors leading out onto the pool terrace.

10 Apr 2017This villa is wonderful. Everything you need is at hand. The owners have taken a lot of care to make sure you feel welcome. Ana meets you on arrival and demonstrates how everything works - the oven and the swimming pool lights etc. Even though she speaks in Spanish we seemed to have no problems understanding her. She is so kind and helpful. This home is on a hill with wonderful views so we used taxi's to get back from the beach as the walk back is quite steep.
21 Feb 2017The Villa was exactly as described. The views from the villa are stunning and everything about the accommodation was high quality, clean and made for a great holiday.
21 Nov 2016ES una casa increiblemente comfortable. Tiene todo o que se necesita para pasar unas vacaciones de lujo. Cerca de supermercados y panaderia que es muy importante por las mañanas. Pensamos repertir muy pronto.

Accueil sympathique, propriétaire disponible et avenant.
Maison spatieuse, lumineuse et fonctionelle, facile à trouver et proche des petits commerces, à 10 minutes de l autoroute...tout en étant au calme avec une terrasse et des installations confortables et propres ( litterie, tables,etc). Pour l' eau chaude, environ 5 minutes par personne.
12 Jan 2016I have stayed in the villa several times and each time the experience has been amazing! Its an oasis with amazing views and so close to the Ibiza party hub. Great to relax and sunbathe by the pool. The rooms are super comfortable. Will be back for more!!
06 Jan 2016The property itself is a charming old farm, with great facilities... it is obviously a lived in family home rather than a holiday rental and is equipped very well. It uses solar power to heat the water but does have a guaranteed hot water shower ... yes it is outside but there are no neighbours, just stunning views. We all got rid of our english inhibitions & used it alot.
