Description
Swimming pool, pool terrace and sunbathing area
The private swimming pool is located at the rear of the villa overlooking the South of Tenerife - a great spot for enjoying the sunsets. There are sun loungers and a large table and chairs plus, the gas BBQ which are great for dining alfresco. To the side of the villa there is a terrace with seating, which can be accessed from the lounge. On the other side the terrace continues around to the main villa entrance.
Entrance
From the gated entrance, the path leads to the right-hand side of the villa and the main entrance door. You can park your hire car on the road outside the villa.
Ground floor living space and kitchen
The lounge/dining area is a comfortable space that has plenty of light flowing through from the patio doors and windows. There are sofas, a small coffee table, a large dining table and chairs plus flat screen TV. The fully equipped contemporary kitchen is adjacent.
Lower ground floor living space and kitchen
The lower ground floor living area is open plan with a lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. This area is contemporary and sleek with high quality furnishings, a great spot for chilling out.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
All 6 bedrooms are spread over 3 floors. On the lower ground floor there is 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, both with an en suite shower room. This floor can be accessed via the stairs in the villa, or by a private entrance at the front of the house.
On the ground floor, there are 1 double and 1 twin bedroom with a shared bathroom in between, as well as separate WC.
The remaining 2 large double bedrooms are located on the first floor. One of them has an en suite bathroom and private terrace, overlooking the swimming pool with great views out across the resort and ocean. The other double bedroom has an en suite shower room and a small private balcony with a table and chairs, as well as ocean views.

21 Jan 2017The house is wonderful with such spacious areas outside, either on the front terrace, around the pool or downstairs outside the small apartment/second bedroom.
Going later in the year we spent more time indoors during the evening as the nights were a little cooler, however it was very comfortable and the log fires in the evening were a real feature.
10 Oct 2016Arrived to be greeted with a tour of the villa and facilities making us feel at home straight away. Bowl of fruit, bottle of red wine and water in the fridge was a well received added benefit. Location and view were perfect: easy access to restaurants, shopping and a little further the beach. The villa fully meets its description including the heated pool. All excellent. Thank you

21 Feb 2016Villa was everything it said - lived up to our expectations. Clean, fresh, good facilities. Grounds well maintained and pool was perfect. As villa is situated on a hill it has panoramic views - especially of the sunsets. Plenty of outdoor seating areas - barbeque area was a lovely touch with lighting, outdoor fridge and sink. Would recommend it for a perfect peaceful holiday - car is essential unless you like hiking up dusty track.

09 Jan 2016The villa was very spacious, the master bedroom upstairs had an amazing terrace.
The best bit was the large inviting swimming pool beautifully laid out with lovely plants. We spent a lot of time by the pool. The area was quiet and peaceful with essential shops within a walking distance.
