This property is also 'Unique' as it offers a fully operational, Disabled Lift Service (Optional Extra).
Wheel chair friendly. The Lift can support a motorised buggy from ground level to the first level, which for some individuals will be very beneficial.
There is a ramp from the Entrance Gate to the Front Door as-well as flat surfaces throughout the whole property, inside and outside.
The Ground Level has 2 King-Size Bedrooms, a Lounge and Separate Dining Area with views over the large 12m Swimming Pool. There is a large Decking Area for Sun Bathing and a ramped pathway that leads to the Garden.
The First Level has a Fully equipped Kitchen with all the white goods you would expect to find in a modern house. There is an additional Dining Area and a bright corridor that accesses the Master King-Size Bedroom.
The Main Lounge is huge and double sized as it uses the total width of the House. The views are Stunning and the sense of open space is rare. There are 4 leather sofas for relaxing, a Sound System, Docking Station and large wide screen TV with UK channels and all of the Sky Sports TV Channels plus Super-fast WiFi Internet.
In addition to the Lounge there is an External Terrace with Seating. From here you can enjoy your glass, relax and absorb the fabulous views over the Swimming Pool, Gardens and Adeje Coastline!
Also at the bottom of the garden is a gazebo with seating/ dining for 6 people with BBQ plus loungers.
Newly installed double water filtration system which guarantees safe water for drinking.
Pool has two heating systems to guarantee continuity of heat to suitable temperature plus automatic solar cover electrically operated.
This Villa also has Air Conditioning available, plus Electric Pool Heating as an optional extra.

21 Jan 2017Most places are either really huge or have that rustic old time feel to it. This villa has a modern decor and just enough room not to feel crowded. The pool area is great, we spent many a night drinking wine and swimming.
The owner was always very responsive and accomodating to any questions I had. The transactions were smooth and seamless. we met the property manager and followed him to the place, a car is definitly needed.
Would definitly stay here again, you would not go wrong if you decide to rent this property
04 Jan 2017This villa is superb though the hill can be a bit of a push mid afternoon, so do your shopping morning or evening! Everything you need is provided and owner was fantastic to deal with. The 2 19 years olds could go back to their room without disturbing us and we could have an morning swim and not bothering them. All in all, a great place to stay.

10 Mar 2016Really nice inside, modern kitchen, modern furniture and so much space, the downstairs has 3 separate living rooms, you can see the owners did not skimp. The master bedroom is massive and has a great big balcony to sit on, we sat there after the kids had gone to bed with a glass of wine.
11 Feb 2016IF YOU WANT PRIVATE THAN THIS IS THE VILLA FOR YOU,WE HAD A FANTASTIC WEEK,THE VILLA WAS LOVELY AND VERY CLEAN,AS WAS THE POOL,THE OWNERS WERE GREAT VERY FRIENDLY,WE WANTED PRIVATE AND THAT IS WHAT WE GOT AND WE WERE NOT OVER LOOKED BY ANYTHING,THE LOCATION IS RURAL AND THIS DOES NOT SUIT EVERYONE,I WOULD RECOMMEND A CAR AND TAKE A TORCH IF YOU ARRIVE AT NIGHT ,LIKE WE DID,WE DID STRUGGLE TO FIND IT BUT WE HAVENT BEEN TO THE ISLSND FOR 15 YEARS.
21 Jan 2016We stayed here with friends and it was perfect for a relaxing holiday. The kitchen was very well equipped for alfresco lunches and BBQ's together. The pool table and ping pong table kept everyone happy.
12 Jan 2016We went with our whole family with a little child of 2 years old and we loved it. The place is very big with nice bedrooms specially upstairs and the location is near a nice beach where you can enjoy of nice food and drinks. It's advisable to rent a car for visiting ibiza town and other nice places!
