Stunning 6 bed Villa with panoramic views in Torviscas Alto above Aqualand and Gran Sur in the south of Tenerife.
Lovely pool area and BBQ for al fresco dinning and evenings sipping cocktails and vieing the sea and the neighbouring island of La Gomera
A pool table is provided for guests entertainment and the TV provides international channels.
There are many places to sit and relax undisturbed in the villa having a lot of outside space as it is
a luxurious and spacious house with six bedrooms and four bathrooms (three with the shower). It has a large private pool, terraces for sunbathing, wifi, satellite TV and private garage with two places available, fully equipped for a dream vacation. It is located in the exclusive residential area of Roques del Conde, in Playa de las Americas, a short distance from the El Duque and Fañabé beaches and El Duque.
Down the hill you will find Gran Sur shopping centre with a large Mercadona Supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants and even a Burger King however a car is advisable if you want to get out and about, but most of our guests just like to relax and use the facilities of this beautiful villa

10 Feb 2017We have just returned from a wonderful holiday.
We arrived to a bottle of champagne, a bowl of fruit and biscuits.
The villa was immaculate, everything we needed.
The location was perfect, and we loved walking down the promenade to the many restaurants there.
The pool temperature was perfect and my four children enjoyed many hours playing.
We would definitely recommend this villa and hopefully we will be back!
21 Jan 2017The house is immaculate, beautifully decorated and perfectly located for local beaches and villages. It's extremely peaceful, the views from the swimming pool are stunning., kind and responsive. Definitely one to book again!
03 Jun 2016Villa was everything it said - lived up to our expectations. Clean, fresh, good facilities. Grounds well maintained and pool was perfect. As villa is situated on a hill it has panoramic views - especially of the sunsets. Plenty of outdoor seating areas - barbeque area was a lovely touch with lighting, outdoor fridge and sink. Would recommend it for a perfect peaceful holiday - car is essential unless you like hiking up dusty track.
21 Mar 2016The villa was clean and lovely decor. The pool wonderful and garden very pretty. we all enjoyed our stay, have been many times to ibiza and like this side of the island. We had a car which is a good idea if you want to visit santa eulalia etc.
The beach nearest to the villa is minutes away down a steep hill but well worth the walk. Handy supermarket and beach shop there and lots of restaurants to choose from around the beach. Would stay here again.

La casa es muy agradable y el dormitorio amplio con acceso directo a la terraza.

12 Feb 2016The interiors is homely , with an array of interesting furnishings which I would describe as traditional as opposed to "shiny contemporary" - it's the owners home and was equipped with everything you would find in your own home.
Wi if access was superb with flat screen , music facilities and three sofas.

We hope to return next year.
