Description
This is a Stunning Modern built Villa, set over 2 storeys and is situated within a Quiet Residential area that overlooks the fabulous Del Duque Coastline. This Villa still retains a more traditional theme, with Quality Furnishings and Furniture throughout. There are typical ceramic terraces, front and rear for sun-bathing and the Pool is completely surrounded by synthetic grass for comfort and safety.
This Villa is fully equipped with everything you would need for your stay in a Spacious and Relaxing atmosphere. All bedrooms are large, two with en-suite and two with balcony terraces enjoying views of the pool and coast. Great for families and couples who need to be near all the amenities and the beach.
The Heated Swimming Pool (October onwards) is a generous size, 8 metres x 5 metres with ample sunbeds and seating for Al Fresco dining.
The 'Gran Sur Shopping Complex' is nearby with Bars, Restaurants, Shops, Supermarket and Taxi Rank and Local Shop is only a 3 minute walk.
The beach of Fanabe is located around a 15 minute walk away and the bustling area of Puerto Colon is the same distance.
Located about a 20 minute taxi ride from Tenerife South Airport so very convenient.

21 Feb 2017The layout was particularly good for us because I could cook/prepare drinks and snacks whilst being able to see the kids in the play area or at the terrace dining table, whilst inside the house it was very comfortable and homely.
If you have a one year old that isn't good at steps it may be an issue at this house, but ours was very proud to tire herself out going up and down them continually!
There is no glass barrier between the pool decking and the lower level car port, which one would expect given the drop, but the kids themselves never got close to the edge in fact.
10 Feb 2017The photos just don't do it justice. The villa is clean, spacious and boasts all of the necessary commodities that make for a wonderful stay. With there being three outside spaces, this was perfect for time together or to find some alone time. At an additional cost we were able to get the pool heated which was a lovely extra.
09 Feb 2017The villa was spacious and clean and in a perfect location. The pool and sunbathing area were very comfortable and a great size for our group of 10. It had everything we had hoped for in terms of facilities and was close to both the beach, good restaurants and supermarkets. The owner was a great host and the whole rental process went very smoothly. I would definitely recommend a stay at this villa!

The place looks even better in real life than on the pictures.
The owner is really friendly and helpful, and goes out of his way to assist.
We would recommend this villa to everyone looking for a quiet place to stay!
