What our customers say
It was easy to communicate with the host from the start, the apt was beautiful and in a great location. Would recommend to others!
We really enjoyed our stay in Westminster. It was so nice to be close to grocery stores, restaurants, and landmarks. The flat was exactly as described, beautiful and comfortable and the process to check in and out made easy. Would recommend to anyone staying in London!
The apartment was lovely. As pictured. Neighborhood was quiter than expected. Easy access to bus, walk to Westminster . Would recommend . Thank you Paul
This apartment is ideal for a family vacation in UK. Location is a walking distance (with 3 small kids!) to many major attractions as well as two tube stations for anything further afield. Supermarkets and restaurants are within two block radius. Management is exceptionally helpful and prompt with responses to any queries we had.
We really appreciated the location of this apartment -- close to a lot of highlights like Westminster Abbey, but also quiet at night. Having lived in NYC, we didn't expect something this central to be this quiet honestly! We were four adults and spent 4 nights at this location.
We took advantage of the several coffee shops and the Pret a Manger around the corner to bring up early morning pastries and save some time and money that way. It's easy to get to the tube stations and Uber is also super convenient to go farther afield if needed.
Beds are comfortable and apartment is lovely. We traveled with 2 adult children and the second bedroom is a little tight but totally doable. Again, it's city living so we were used to that. Kitchen is totally fitted with all you need and living room area is comfortable. But if you have decent weather you'll be out and about anyway! Check in and check out was super smooth, and it was a total win for us.
We really enjoyed our stay here. My parents had one room and my cousin and I shared the other. The living area was really great, bathroom was nice, and beds were comfortable and clean! Lots of closet space, too.
The location was fantastic- within 15 minutes walk to Westminster, with a grocery store a block away, and several pubs and other restaurants nearby!
One thing to note- there is a washer/dryer unit (which works great!), but it is a combo unit, so washing and drying a single load will take a few hours.
My only complaint (as a makeup lover sharing the bathroom with three other adults) is I wish there was another mirror in the extra bedroom. :o)
We stayed in this apartment for five days.
Transport, supermarket and restaurants in close proximity.
Would definitely stay again.
The apartment was great & in a very central location. Bus stop right outside door had good connections to other buses/underground. Had a few little issues with heat & stove but Karen was very responsive-even on Christmas Day!! Would definitely recommend & stay there again!!
We were a family of four, it is a well located apartment, juts blocks away of Westminster.
There are grocery stores, cafes and restaurants nearby and a underground station.
It is a very confortable property with all you need.
No problem with checking in or out.
Just wrapped up a nice stay here. A couple highlights:
Pros:
1. Quiet location that you can leave the window open without much noise. This quiet neighborhood is primarily offices so not crazy/busy. There is a smaller grocery (Sainsburys), coffee shops (Starbucks, Pret a Manger and Caffe Nero) all within two blocks.
2. Clean unit with loads amenities. Air conditioning worked great, shampoo and body wash, towel heater, full kitchen, fast wifi, etc.
3. Good introduction. We were welcomed and she provided a great overview of how everything in the unit operated.
4. 15 minute walk to major sites like Westminster Abbey, Parliament/Big Ben, Buckingham Palace.
Cons
1. As others have stated, the dryer does not work well. I wasn't worried as I thought we could just restart it a number of times but after 5+ hours, clothes were still not dry. So lots of laying things out to dry.
2. While the introduction was great, it could have been a bit more thorough. We struggled to figure out how to work the air conditioning and the door is a bit tricky to lock. Would have been nice for instructions there.
3. The double-edged sword as to the location meant that while it was quiet and had a handful of nice stores close, there was little in terms of restaurants for dinner/pub. Plan at least 10/15 minute walk to get to a decent restaurant. If you're up for the walk, a classic pub The White Swan was nice.
4. Maybe I'm used to the beds in the US, but the bed was not the most comfortable we have used. It is a double in size and didn't provide the best support.
As you can see, I still gave a five star review. These are nit picky and overall it was a wonderful stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
We were thrilled with the apartment and locaiton was amazing. Close to the Pilimico underground, close to the river and a market just up the street! Everything was clean and tidy. Would highly recommend this booking! Only one thing is the dryer. It doesn't really dry clothes. So just something to plan for as we pretty much hung dry all of our stuff. You will enjoy this if you book it!
My family of four (including two college kids) stayed here for 7 nights the week before Christmas and we were very pleased. The location in Westminster is ideal as it is 10-15 minutes walking from the many Westminster tourist sites, 7-15 minutes from three tube stations (Pimlico, Westminster and Victoria stations), a bus stop in front of the building, a grocery store around the corner, and restaurants and pubs close by. The neighborhood is quite nice and we always felt safe.
The apartment is comfortable for four and can sleep five if the fold-down sofa is used. It is updated and modern with a full working kitchen, which we used daily, and it was well-stocked with glasses, plates, pots, pans, etc.. The beds were comfortable and storage for clothing was surprisingly good. All of the heating was adjustable and the heated floors were a nice touch. The bathroom was modern and updated, although you must climb up into the bath/shower, which could be a challenge for older tenants or those with bad knees or hips. A handle in the shower would make getting in and out easier.
Karen and Maria were good to work with and very accommodating when we arrived earlier than expected. I strongly recommend utilizing their driver, Mark, for transport to/from the airport. It eliminates a lot of stress and the price is appropriate.
Overall, I will recommend this property to my family and friends, and would stay here again if in London.
We enjoyed our stay at this apartment - well furnished and comfortable. We were two adults and two adult children - having the second bed split into two worked well. We all really enjoyed walking everywhere and having a Sainsbury a block away. The 88 bus is right outside the door - we did not take it but handy for those who need a lift to the tube as it is not that close by. Only criticism was we had a tough time regulating the heat but could open windows when needed.
My family and I spent a wonderful week vacationing in London. This trip was a high school graduation present for our son. One of our main concerns was housing while there. Since we are a family of four, we decided to rent an apartment through this website. The apartment, located in Westminster was spectacular. Located close to most tourist attractions, as well as convenient transportation and touring all around London. We were a bit apprehensive since this is the first time we rented an apartment through this website. Our fears quickly disappeared the moment we met the greeter at the apartment. He was punctual, knowledgable, helpful and courteous. We entered the apartment and were very pleased by it's immaculate condition. It was spotlessly clean and modern. All the comforts of home. A full kitchen, big screen TV, bedding, towels, bathroom supplies, even coffee. The management team of Heritage Apartments did a spectacular job of providing for all our needs. They truly thought of everything. We did not lack for anything. They even thought of things we did not: such as London guide books, maps, subway maps, appliance use manuals, etc. etc. They also made themselves available to promptly answer any of our questions.
I just want to thank our greeter and the owner for making our vacation a positive and memorable experience. I highly recommend them and would certainly book through them in the future. Keep up the great work.
Our Family of four with teenage kids loved this space. It’s in a super convenient location minutes walk to a west minister abbey and a ton of other sights. Really convenient to have a super market and a pret a manger 1 block away. It was great to have the two beds in the second bedroom for the kids. We’ll be back!
